What we collect

When you submit an inquiry form on this website, we collect the information you choose to provide: your contact details, basic information about your business or role, and the context you share about what you are hoping to solve. We also record your consent and the time of your submission.

How we use it

We use the information you provide to follow up with you about your inquiry, within two business days of submission. That is the entire purpose of the collection. We do not add you to a marketing list. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for advertising. We do not run retargeting campaigns against this site.

Where it goes

Submissions are stored in systems we control, hosted on infrastructure operated by reputable business platforms with strong security practices. Access is limited to the Leverlys principal (Jim Neitzel) and any future employees who require it to follow up on your inquiry. We do not share the data with outside parties.

How long we keep it

We retain inquiry data for as long as the inquiry remains active and for a reasonable period afterward in case the conversation resumes. If you ask us in writing to delete your inquiry data, we will do so within 30 days of receiving the request.

Cookies and analytics

This website does not set tracking cookies. We use a privacy-friendly analytics service that records aggregated traffic data such as page views and referrers. It does not set cookies, fingerprint visitors, or collect personally identifiable information.
