Private Practice
Your practice. Working for you, not the other way around.
If you started this practice to do the work you love, and you find yourself instead spending your day on emails, putting out little fires, and running past your own staff in the hallway because you cannot give them the time you do not have, we built this for you.
The week you actually have
You wake up and your head is already spinning with the things from yesterday that did not get done. You peek at your phone in the kitchen and there are seven more emails. You rush the morning to buy a few minutes. You run past your own staff in the hallway so they cannot ask you for time you do not have to give. By the time you have opened your first email, your front-desk admin is at the door with three things she needs you to move on.
It is the constant read of being behind. It is having your staff look at you like they know you are not going to get it done on time. It is the dread loop when you open your inbox, when one of your clinicians wants to have a conversation with you, when you see a number you do not have time to think about.
And underneath all of that, the secondary problem: you cannot see your own practice clearly enough to make the calls you need to make. Revenue per clinician. Capacity utilization. Where the time is actually going. Whether the marketing spend is doing anything. You are making the most consequential decisions of your business on instinct because the data is in seven places and pulling it together takes time you do not have.
What working for you looks like
Five promises. Each one ties to a specific thing that changes in your week.
- Walk into every day with a single prioritized list of what actually needs you, and end every day with it cleared. The operational core. The "I am no longer behind" promise, made concrete. Inbox, front desk, voicemail, all the inbound that touches your day, triaged into one queue you can clear.
- Stop being the bottleneck your staff is waiting on. Answer them on the first ask, not the tenth. Your front desk admin is waiting on five or ten things from you at any given time. That changes. The system tracks every open request, surfaces what is actually waiting on you, and gives you the context to decide in one pass.
- See your practice the way an investor would: revenue per clinician, billable hours, capacity, trends, all at your fingertips. The data exists in your EHR, your bank, your payroll, and your head. We connect what is connectable, dashboard what matters, and stop you from running your business on instinct.
- Hire, expand, and launch new initiatives on a steady cadence, not only when something is about to break. Growth that does not require something to be on fire. The system makes hiring and expansion something you do because the numbers say it is time, not because somebody finally hit a wall.
- Build a practice that runs without you at the center, so the version of your life that comes next is actually reachable. The 10-year version. The exit plan if you want one. The part-time clinical work that lets you spend real time with family or pursue hobbies. The version of your life that requires the practice to operate without you as the hub.
How it gets built
We build the operating system inside your own Google Workspace tenant under HIPAA-correct configuration. The infrastructure is Workspace plus Vertex AI under a signed Cloud Business Associate Agreement. Your patient data stays inside the perimeter we configure for you. You own everything. If the engagement ends, the automation we built stops with it, but your data stays inside your tenant. No migration cost, no vendor lock-in on the infrastructure you already paid to set up.
A typical engagement runs four to six weeks from kickoff to a working system the practice uses every day. We start with a clean HIPAA foundation, layer on the inbox and front-desk triage, connect the financial picture, and stand up the dashboards that let you see your own business. Manually-authored standard operating procedures for every module that ships.
We are currently engaged with private practice partners on the prototype build. Case studies and outcome measurements will be published with partner approval as the work matures.
Pricing in the ballpark
Engagements typically run between $5,000 and $25,000, depending on the size and complexity of your practice. Optional ongoing support is also available. Specific scope and pricing we discuss on a discovery call, because what you actually need is easier to figure out in conversation than on a pricing page.
Compared to what
You are not buying us in opposition to one competitor. You are already paying for many things and extracting full value from almost none of them.
We are not your EHR. We sit above it, triage the inbox it cannot see, surface the financial picture it cannot draw, and instrument the workflow it does not model. We do not replace your bookkeeper; we turn your books into a real-time dashboard so you can read what is happening without waiting for a monthly close. We do not replace a virtual assistant; we make the work delegable in the first place so a VA can operate with evidence instead of inheriting your bottleneck.
Consultants give advice. We install systems. The output of a typical practice-management consulting engagement is a deck. The output of ours is a running operating system you are using daily by week four.
Have a conversation
No pitch, no deck. Forty-five minutes to hear what your week actually looks like and tell you whether what we do would help.
